Katie Wilson is a very self-conscious and shy girl, constantly getting bullied for her size and lack of figure. After years of being apart, Katie gets a surprise visit from her old friend Megan Knight. Megan has had a dramatic change since the last time Katie saw her, leaving Katie in shock. Megan offers to help train Katie; she eagerly accepts and begins her journey, experiencing some unexpected changes along the way.
